Bernie Lubbers was a professional touring stand up comic from 1985 to 2005 appearing as a regular guest on the National Radio Program “The Bob & Tom Show” In 2005 he was recruited into the Bourbon Industry as a Whiskey Ambassador at Jim Beam for 7 years and currently serves as Heaven Hill Distillery’s Global Ambassador. Known as “The Whiskey Professor” Bernie wrote the best selling book “Bourbon Whiskey Our Native Spirit” now in it’s Fourth Edition with Cardinal Publishing. Bernie is a Three Time Icon Of Whiskey recipient from Whisky Magazine out of London England
