Ana Catalá is a multifaceted Spanish filmmaker, producer, and photographer.
After finishing her Film and Photography studies she moved to Berlin where she works as a freelancer in international film productions and photography documentary projects. Her film credits include The Ghost Writer by Roman Polanski, and Hanna by Joe Wright. She followed these projects with work in art house film and documentary productions, such as Sunshine Superman.
In October 2014, she curated the photographic project The European Dream - Selfies from Oranienplatz, which was featured in the annual European Month of Photography in Berlin.
In between her freelance work she is currently studying a Master In Visual Anthropology at the Freie Universität and a Photography Class at the Ostkreuzschule School for Documentary Photography.
