Hi everyone, my name is Jon and I'm a documentary and commercial DP based in New York, NY. I've worked as a senior cinematographer for ABC News (IMPACT x Nightline, Seasons 1-3), Cosmo and several for- and non-profit organizations. My career started as a coordinator on The Amazing Race (Seasons 17, 19, 21) and as a Local 600 camera assistant on The Good Wife, Royal Pains, Unbreakable Kimmie Schmidt, She's Gotta Have it and Feed the Beast. I also own a full gear package, the highlights of which include: Sony FX9, FX6 & FX3 (4K) camera bodies, a DJI Mavic 3 drone (4K), Zeiss CP.3 primes (15, 25, 35, 50, 85, 100, 135), Zeiss CZ.2 zooms (28-80, 70-200), Sony G Master zooms (24-70, 70-200), 2x extender, lights, grip, a compact cargo van with a ramp and DICE Production Insurance. I've also worked as a video producer, and I'm very acquainted with the needs and expectations of video and film production for commerce.
