Nate works closely with a variety of organizations to help tell the stories of the work they do that benefits the planet. This work has brought him into contact with a variety of compelling stories about how individuals are fighting for corners of the planet and pieces of their culture. Nate recently completed an hour-long documentary 'Moonless Oasis' for CBC produced with the participation of the Rogers Documentary Fund.
Distinguished First Nations artist Roy Henry Vickers explores the history of his people and the notion of regeneration as he carves a replica of an ancestral Totem taken long ago from its original home in the Great Bear Rainforest. As he reflects on his lifelong journey of self-discovery, he unearths new layers of meaning in his artistry.
