Todd’s projects often involve travelling to complex and highly remote locations, requiring a high level of flexibility and responsiveness in filming scenarios. He has produced work for clients varying from world class wineries such as “Moss Wood” to international festivals like “Gourmet Escape” and the roaming restaurant “Fervor” which is currently being made into a factual TV series. Todd aims to develop authentic narratives without manipulating and controlling the integrity of the project. He is in the midst of several projects that are all based in Western Australia which share the backdrop of our landscape and people. Todd is committed to collaborating with other creatives in showcasing this country to audiences all around the world.

The Fat of the Land is an original 8 part documentary and travel series which features unappreciated native foods and the first nation cultures which have sustainably managed the land we live on. Accompanying native food advocate and chef Paul “Yoda’’ Iskov, we learn about producers, foragers, custodians, farmers and most importantly the country, while travelling through the breathtaking landscapes of Australia. We will shine a light on the extraordinary people, the traditional knowledge systems and the ingredients that define this continent.
