Request QuoteI'm a journalist and a documentary filmmaker. For 2,5 years I've worked in a radio station and there I developed a project of documentaries on radio based on oral history. Then, I've worked for 1,5 years in a local television channel, producing/presenting a weekly television program and report series. But I'd like to join Journalism and Art. That's why I started a major in Films studies while I was already working as a producer and/or director of documentaries and television programs. I've already worked as a press officer, events producer, Community Manager and Content Director (in a brazilian startup). Despite this, all my jobs are connected to people and content. My biggest quality is being a life history hunter and I have a huge list of people with intersting stories. That's whay I chose Journalism as a profession, and documentary as a passion.
The documentary "Ciclo das Horas" ("Hour Cicle") is about he routine of fishermen and their families. This documentary was inspired on my book "Vidas separadas pelo mar" ("Lives separated by the sea"), with life stories of people connect to the fishermen culture and my experience offshore. Both were launched in 10 brazilian cities and Lisboa/Azores Islands. It was an independent production.

"Projeto Eu" ("Project Me") is a television series with life stories of "anonymous" people who live in Itajaí, a city located in southern Brazil. After all, everyone has a story to tell. Each episode has 1'30".
"Dez ilhas e um mundo" ("Ten Islands and a World") is a documentary about the influence of Azores culture in Santa Catarina, a state located in southern Brazil. This documentary was published on RBS TV, a station affiliated with Globo TV. Unfortunetaly I just have one of the teasers published on internet, because this television channel is the owner of the broadcasting rights.
