César Briceño
Born in the city of Mérida - Venezuela (1986) and obtained a degree from the University of the Andes (ULA), where he studied History of Art and Audiovisual Media with emphasis on the direction of photography for movie making and TV, during his university career he made some short films in the camera department (Hija de puta - Alexandra Bas) and as director of photography and director (El Silencio - César Briceño), academic short film that he made as a thesis project, selected in several international festivals and thus obtained the Bachelor of Audiovisual Media with an emphasis on cinematography for movie making and TV degree.

His first feature film as director of photography was - Femmes du chaos Venezuelien - Mujeres del caos, Film directed by Margarita Cadenas (France) tells the story of 5 women facing the problems during the dictatorial years of Nicolás Maduro, in their homeland, Venezuela.Documentary that has been selected and shown in dozens of festivals around the world, the list of selections includes the following festivals:
