About
Jesus Espinosa is a mexican producer, director and writer of fictional, documentary and experimental short films. Currently he's studying the last semester of his BA in Audiovisual Languages ??with an emphasis in Video. He's an active member of SINDICATO VISUAL where he has produced more than ten short films selected in various international festivals like the documentaries "Improvisations on a great autobiography Unsigned" selected on the 9th National Universities Short Film Festival CortoCinema 2011 in Mexico; "Bi-stories" selected in the 8th International Short Film Festival of Cusco FENACO 2011 in Peru; and "Taken Streets" selected in the Social Film Festival of Santiago de Chile in 2011. As a documentary filmmaker I am interested in social issues that address the perspective from a person involved in the story to have a interesting short film to tell from an unusual angle.
