About
Raised in St. Louis, Missouri, I first picked up a camera when I was 18-years-old and immediately started my journey as a photojournalist. In 2014, I moved to Kansas City, Missouri, for school and began documenting communities on the east side of town. In 2020, I started my career as a freelance photographer and covered politics, policing, the impact of COVID-19 and homelessness. After a brief period working for a social service agency, I decided to return to school to receive formal training in photojournalism. I am now a graduate student at the Missouri School of Journalism.
