Based in Barcelona, I'm an experienced print and video journalist. As a writer, I've covered politics, business, art and culture, sports and gastronomy for The New York Times, Reuters, Variety and Newsday, among others. As a video journalist, I've contributed to the NYT and Crane TV. In addition, I earned a master's in dramatic writing at Carnegie Mellon, studying scriptwriting for theater, film and TV. In short, I offer a full range of storytelling skills: feature writing, scriptwriting and video production. I was born in Poland and grew up in Austria. After studying Media Management in St. Pölten and Audiovisual Communication in Barcelona, I moved to Zurich, where I was working as a production and casting assistant on fiction and commercial films. In 2014 I graduated with the film "O que resta" from DocNomads, an international 2-year master's program in documentary filmmaking that involved studying at the Universidade de Lusófona in Lisbon, the University of Theatre and Film Arts Budapest and LUCA School of Arts in Brussels. I now live in Barcelona and Vienna and work on personal and commissioned projects.
