Alberto Bougleux (Roma, 1976) is an Italian filmmaker and editor. Since 2002 he has been developing awarded social and art documentaries in Italy, Spain, France, Ukraine, UK, Portugal, Bosnia Herzegovina, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Somalia, Mexico. ESoDoc - European Social Documentary (2005) and Berlinale Talent Campus (2008). His works have been broadcasted in Italy and Spain and awarded/selected by several international film festivals: Biografilm Festival, Memorimage, DocumentaMadrid, Movies that Matter, Paris Human Right Film Festival, Buenos Aires Human Right Film Festival. In 2016 he was artist of the month at CCCB-Centre for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona, city where he lives and works since 2005.
