Andreas Haubjerg (b. 1992) is a freelance documentary photographer and filmmaker based in Copenhagen, Denmark. His work mainly revolves around personal stories on social topics, issues regarding human rights and living conditions with a focus on youth and identity. "Andreas Haubjerg is an interesting documentary filmmaker with a sure touch and a personal film language" - Suvi Andrea Helminen - Filmværkstedet He is currently studying photojournalism at the Danish School of Media and Journalism (DMJX). As part of his education he worked at the Danish Daily Politiken for 18 months. Besides pursuing personal projects he is available for various kinds of reportage, portrait and video assignments.

Hi. I am a documentary photographer with a focus on portraiture and journalistic work covering news and in-depth stories through reportage still imagery and moving images. Besides journalistic work, I works with a wide portfolio of organizations producing both still and moving images. I was born in 1987 and graduated from the Danish School of Media and Journalism with a bachelor in photojournalism in 2014. In 2012 I was awarded a third place in the 67th edition of College Photographer of the year and in 2013 a 2nd place in Picture of the Year Denmark. In 2017 I became a nominee in the Photography Grant Awards. I am based in Copenhagen where he lives with his family.
