Dean G. Moore is an award-winning multidisciplinary director from Leicester, who now resides in London. In 2018 Dean directed an interactive documentary entitled “Change Gout” that was awarded two Pharma Lions from Cannes Festival as well as producing a music video for Drake that has over 38 million views!. Dean is a graduate of University College Falmouth, Karlstad University (Sweden) and London College of Communication (M.A) respectively. Dean’s university documentary films represented both UCF and LCC at the New/Now Festival For Emerging Artists (2011&2013). Before working in advertising Dean performed as a V.J. which resulted in Dean performing a live remix of the Japanese feature film “Kakera” at the opening night of the Raindance Film Festival in 2010. Rupert is a director working in documentary, web series, commercials and music video. His first feature documentary, Freedom for the Wolf, premiered at Sheffield Doc/Fest 2017. Filmed in five countries and executive produced by BBC Storyville founder Nick Fraser, it tells the story of the global crisis of democracy from the Umbrella Revolution in Hong Kong to the failure of Arab Spring in Tunisia to the rise of Donald Trump in America. He is currently working on a series of animated shorts on “Modern Madness” for the online documentary streaming platform Yaddo. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Little White Lies, Dangerous Minds, State of the Arts, USA Today, Mashable, Exposed Magazine, and Backseat Mafia. Rupert received a Double-Starred First in the Social and Political Sciences from the Jesus College, Cambridge, and a PhD from Harvard University in Sociology, where he was National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. After graduating, he returned to film industry, which he worked in first as a small child. He has kept his academic eye for detail as well as his passion for big ideas with global impacts. A completely self taught visual artist, specialising in photography and moving image. Christopher has developed the skills to hunt out a story, make contact, gain access and win people over worldwide. He lived in a Colombian community of drug addict rubbish recyclers, spending every day of a year getting closer to my subjects and gaining deeper access to the story. In the UK I infiltrated the Northern football hooligan gang, Burnley Suicide Squad and was accepted into an exclusive dangerous community being granted permission to film and access their private and often illegal antics. Alex Masi (b. 1981 in Ivrea, TO) is an Italian photojournalist dedicated to document and expose peculiar issues of human-made injustice, focusing mainly on children: their living conditions, their health and their human rights. He believes photography to be an essential channel for audiences to learn with immediacy, and to subconsciously empathise with other people facing realities far away from their immediate surroundings and personal experiences. Alex strives to produce intimate, touching images that can sensitise viewers in positive, engaging and proactive ways, hoping to effectively become a catalyst towards a slow change in people's behaviour and in policy-making. Cassandra Vinograd is an award-winning multimedia journalist, photographer and producer with more than a decade's experience at the world's leading news organizations. She started with the Associated Press in West Africa. As an editor with The Wall Street Journal in Brussels and then London, she ran the daytime digital newsdesk and covered a few coups in her spare time. After a transition to the AP's London bureau, Vinograd focused on foreign affairs, politics and defense -- plus all things royal wedding. She rounded out her time at AP with a stint overseeing the Kabul bureau. Most recently, she worked at NBC News as a senior writer and editor for digital. Sonali Ohrie (b. 1995, London, UK) is a self-taught South Asian Female Photographer and Director, brought up in England and raised in a Hindu-Punjabi household. Hardly able to find highly acclaimed visual assets from an Indian female perspective (try to think how many springs to mind now...), she quit her full-time job to change that narrative and ensure there isn’t a lack of female Indian photographers in the future. She utilises her images (still or motion) as a catalyst for change, particularly in expressing themes of power, intimacy, and womanhood. Through her punchy and impactful images, she portrays authentic stories while also confronting harmful stereotypes, aiming to enlighten her audience. Oli Cohen is a Los Angeles and London based cinematographer. He's filmed all around the world on documentaries, short films and commercials, as well as on projects for NGOs, such as UNHCR and Save the Children. His documentary work has been broadcast on TV channels such as ARTE and the BBC and his narrative projects have been screened at festivals internationally. In 2021 Oli completed a master’s degree at the American Film Institute and was then welcomed into the BAFTA Newcomers Program supporting international rising stars who have recently moved to the United States to further their development and career.
