Being half Egyptian and half English really helps me to connect, understand and work with both Languages to create compelling audio/visual content. ​ My work includes editing TV shows (entertainment and documentaries) for broadcast and online, short films, social media/online projects, editing/directing promotional videos for business/brands and finally producing educational films.... pretty much almost anything! ​ If you are looking for somebody who is a natural storyteller, a fun people's person and a problem solver then you have definitely come to the right place.. ​ I studied TV and Documentary productions back in Cairo were I started my first job as an assistant director working on producing short films for the UNICEF and British Council tackling poverty issues in Egypt. Making my way up through Europe where I also worked as freelance cameraman and editor for the Luxembourgish film-maker Ady Al Assal. Moving to London in 2011 I started filming and editing all the vidoes for the British Library and soon after I established my own video services as Yahyia Productions. Later on I travelled to Greece, Macedonia, Slovenia and Germany as a PD with James Bluemel to help in some of the filming of Exodus: Our journey to Europe, BBC 2. I also have been heavily involved in the structuring and editing of a successful TV show in the Middle East which followed a character around the world discovering cultures through the element of photography. ​

Hi there! I'm Santi and I've always loved to make videos. I used to make films with my parent's old VHS camera, my sister and neighbours were my crew. I'm a creative, motivated and hard working freelance self-shooting PD and video editor looking for new opportunities in working with video, film and documentary. I’ve worked in the UK for the last 6 years producing videos for different industries from music (Universal Publishing Production Music) to corporate (PwC) and more recently feature documentaries. I've worked as an assistant editor as well as directing and producing my own documentaries or being commissioned to do it. All of these years as a freelance have helped me gain great knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects, colour grading, storytelling, camera skills, etc. I've also work in fast paced environments with tight deadlines and I know how to organise myself and my time to deliver the best results and meet the deadlines. I also work as manager in the workspace where my studio is based (Lydian Workspace) at the moment in north London, this allows me to work remotely and has given me a lot of organisational and communication skills having to work as part of a team and dealing with unexpected problems and many different clients. In my spare time I compose music, sing in a tribute band, design websites and love to hike and being in nature. Matt is a busy freelance director/cinematographer and editor living just outside London in the UK. and has been creating narrative films, documentaries, ads and promo video for various companies making over 200 films since 2008. Regular clients include... Barclays, Barclaycard, Vodafone, Levi's, Historic Royal Palaces, StartJG, The Museum of London, The Royal Court Theatre, The Young Vic, Soho Theatre and more. In addition to commercial work, Matt enjoys creating narrative material too - a film he directed and shot - 'Girl In the Woods' was long listed for a short film BAFTA in 2012 and was screened at festivals in both the US and across Europe and Matt has since DP'd two features for other directors. Matt also DP's music videos and has worked with artists such as Van Morrison, ABC, Circa Waves and Michael Kiwanuka. I was born in 1982 in Naples, Italy. With an Italian father and a mother who is a mixture of French and English, I’ve always had lots of opportunity and desire to explore different cultures. I spent my school years in my home city studying fine arts, architecture and sculpture at the Liceo Artistico (an art school). At 18 I moved for the first tome to the UK to study Film, Media and Video Production at New Bucks College. Since graduating 2003 I’ve lived and worked in the UK, Spain and Australia, but more importantly established a filmmaking career that has taken me all over Europe. My fluency in Italian, English, Spanish, French and international experience within the film and video industry has also led to many international film and theatre companies employing me as part of their Italian production team. Since 2015 I'm established in Bristol where I work as Multimedia Officer for the University of the West of England. Released in 2018, my short film "N" was shown in more than 50 festivals around the world and has won several awards.

Originally from Hungary, I am based in the UK and travel between London, Budapest and Manchester to film stories. I can shoot, interview, edit and add graphics/short animations if required. I have worked as a broadcaster and documentary filmmaker for 2 years. As a broadcast journalist, I produced up to 100 self-shot news packages for Manchester's local television That's Manchester in 2015. One of my packages was also featured in the BBC's Digital Nation web series. I also shot a short documentary for the station. My first longer documentary, 'Star & Garter: your music stops here' will examine the last months of an iconic indie music venue in Manchester and the hardships of starting out as a musician in the city of The Smiths and Oasis. The film is currently in post production and will be completed by the end of this year. I did my MA in Journalism at Salford University in Greater Manchester, UK. Previously, I earned an MA in International Relations from Corvinus University of Budapest. I am looking to make videos and documentaries in the UK, in Eastern Europe as well as in developing countries. I am fluent in English, German, French and Hungarian.

I am a Camera operator/Editor and producer, based in Sydney and shooting globally. I have more than 12 years experience and own a Sony FS7, with full production kit. . Until recently, I was a camera operator, editor and producer for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s Europe bureau, creating stories and films for Australia’s leading current affairs programmes. Working from the inception of a story to the finished product has given me an insight into how to ensure a quality product that will satisfy a client’s needs. I began my career in Australia as an ENG camera operator, an experience which provided me with the ability to react quickly and shoot quality content in challenging natural environments. Experience in high-end production has helped me develop a talent for the precise framing and lighting required by producers and directors for features and long-form interviews. Acting as a producer has come naturally to me. I provide easy-to-understand direction to talent to ensure they feel comfortable and to keep the shoot running efficiently. My editing skills ensure I shoot sequences that will allow for character development and creating ‘flow’ within a piece. As the industry has moved towards digital-only content, I have tailored much of my work to the online space.
