In December, 2020, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with B.A. Anthropology and B.A. Media Studies. I am primarily interested in ethnographic film and photo journalism. ​ The intersection of anthropology and digital content creation converge in a space dedicated to ethical film making with holistic, comprehensive methodology and intent. My intention is not to tell people's stories for them, but rather, be a vessel in helping people tell their own stories, because everyone has a voice. My time at UNC-Greensboro and The University of Cape Town, helped in the acquisition of the necessary videography, editing, and journalism skills required to be successful in the media industry

I am an award winning filmmaker and have experience in many disciplines in different cultures/countries including five years in the Taiwan and the Middle East.I spent 10 years in Hollywood in the entertainment field, writing, producing, directing and editing, primarily biographies and documentaries. These programs aired in syndication and on cable. The past few years I have focused on international/corporate productions with year-long contract stints in Taipei Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Dubai. Over the course of my career, I have successfully produced and directed with Arabic speaking crews as well as Mandarin Chinese and Filipino speaking crews. Roxanne R Campbell is a visual artist, native of Kingston, Jamaica, raised in Brooklyn, New York. Campbell as a MFA in Experimental and Documentary Arts from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, concentration cinematography, from the University of Virginia. Her documentary work is often observational and explores the representation of African and Afro-Caribbean culture and identity, by counter-framing accepted narratives of the African Diaspora in the Americas. Her project Color Bar, is an interview-driven documentary project that examines concepts of race and masculinity in relation to Black identity - in particular, labels and stereotypes associated with skin tone.

Leslie Baker is a photographer, filmmaker, and proud North Carolina native. After receiving a BFA in Photography from East Carolina University, Leslie moved to New York to work with Magnum photographer Steve McCurry. She then made her way to Durham, NC to study filmmaking at the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke. She has produced, directed, filmed, and edited several independent projects, including the short documentary Las Mujeres de San Juan (The Women of San Juan). Leslie is interested in documenting the ever-changing people and culture in small Southern communities. Her work often explores themes of social inequality and female empowerment.

Ive been telling stories for as long as I can remember. Ive crafted narratives through painting, told tales through music and songwriting and chronicled the voices of local artists, farmers, and activists through writing. My muse remains the same: everyday, ordinary people doing the best they can to make a difference in their communities. Ive been telling their stories for over 14 years.
