I started in Chile shooting commercial spots and documentaries in film. I came back to the States 19 years ago to work for one of the most important Spanish TV Networks in The United State, Univision Communications Inc, working as the Chief Video Photographer for the West Coast Bureau. We recorded over 2,500 stories, with different lighting conditions, where my expertise as lighting director came in very handy. We traveled all over The United States, Europe, Mexico, South and Central America and most recently to China Wuhan, Beijing. A few years ago I was called by Julie Stav owner of Julie Stav Inc, whom I worked with in the past. She offered me an impressive project to create a state of the art television studio. I was responsible for the planning, creation and design of the studio project. Including technical operations, lighting design, work flow, and employee training. I worked for Julie Stav Inc. for 5 years continuously and still work on a freelance basis when called upon. I started my company 10 years ago working with many clients which include Julie Stav Inc, Univision, ABC, NBCUniversal/Telemundo and CNN. I'm always looking for new challenges in my career to grow my skills.

Vanessa Crocini is an Italian journalist, award winning documentary filmmaker, photographer and Emmy nominated producer, currently located in Los Angeles. She graduated in Film from University of Bologna after being an exchange student at University of California, Santa Barbara. After completing a Post Graduate Program in Entertainment Studies at UCLA, she developed her interest in documentaries. Vanessa has worked on several film, commercial, music videos and documentary productions in Italy, Los Angeles and in the African continent. She has collaborated with the Italian national television RAI, Bonsai TV and Agon Channel. Her passion for documentaries has brought to several journalistic collaborations for several Italian film magazines and blogs. She mainly highlights and writes about films, filmmakers and stories that have a social interest. Her first feature length award winning documentary, Get Together Girls was produced by Vasco Rossi, the most famous Italian rockstar, for whom she shot the music video Mary Luise. Vanessa is part of SIMA (Social Impact Media Awards) as one of the journalists and members of the selection committee and her intention is keeping on writing about and making films that focus on social issues and expose impact topics. Among the projects she has worked on, The Empowerment Project, nominated for an Emmy Award by the Chicago/Midwest Chapter: National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, is one collaboration she is proud of. As the documentary shooter in the crew, Vanessa, together with other four women filmmakers, travelled across the USA in 2013 to interview exceptional women in their career fields. I’m a writer/director based in LA. I lived here before when I graduated in Film Directing at UCLA, and moved back to Brazil for a 4 years working journey. Over there I was head of content in a big production company called Capsula and later on I opened my own company: HERO. After two years working as a director/writer/producer and owner, I decided to come back to Los Angeles.  I’ve been in a hard routine on the past four years. Hanaa is an award winner Saudi writer & director with a culturally diverse background. Hanaa began her filmmaking journey with “Loading”, a short experimental film shot on 35mm camera that won several awards since its inception. Hanaa holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Mass Communication from Egypt and Masters in Film and Media Production from Los Angeles. Living and studying in different countries gave Hanaa a unique perspective in the way she views and translates the world in her films. Hanaa is also a cinematographer with a short film on YouTube that passed a million views; she also produced a feature documentary that was aired on famed Middle- Eastern television network Aljazeera Documentary. Stephen polished his craft in film and television at Boston University, graduating with honors. In 2010, he worked under Richard Gladstein, the producer of such greats: Reservoir Dogs, Pulp fiction, Jackie Brown, Finding Neverland. He has also worked as the personal intern to Director Louis Leterrier, whom directed The Incredible Hulk, Clash of the Titans andNow You See Me. After graduating, he ran a small production company with his brother Nate. Stephen produced, directed, shot, and edited corporate videos and ads for local companies. While there, he also helped on three feature projects. He acted in a fiction feature The Longest Swim as well as Directed and DP'd second unit for the film. He also produced in post. The other two feature projects were Billy's Cap: A Southworth Story and Shinobi Ninja Doc. Both films were documentaries and Stephen shot a majority of both along with producing. Stephen has since moved to Los Angeles to continue his work in Film and TV.

Jack Hansen is a seasoned editor and sound designer based in Los Angeles, CA. With a BFA in Filmmaking from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Jack has over 12 years of editing, sound design, and post-producing experience. I would like to continue to grow, and move forward with my career as a Director. I have been a paid videographer since I was 15 years old, studied cinema at George Mason University, and New York Film Academy, freelanced on major commercial sets with Jonas Akerlund for two years in Los Angeles, CA, and have been with Buzzfeed for what will be the total of 9 mos. I’ve been fortunate enough to work in Buzzfeed’s VR and 360 department using the Odyssey camera from Google. VR greatly interests me, and I believe it to be the “final frontier” of cinema. I am an avid traveler, and have been globe trotting since before I could walk. I completed a feature-length documentary, "Sailing On A Shoestring", for my senior thesis in college. The film is about my dad, who built his own boat during the height of the Apartheid in South Africa, and then proceeded to cross the Atlantic three times. The documentary allows him to relive his memories of sailing, and follows him in search of his vessel's fate. More recently, I have completed three short documentaries. Two of which from Film Stuff Productions in Italy and Poland, and the third with Buzzfeed.

Claire M. Andreae is a documentary director, producer, and editor. She was born in Mainz, Germany, where she attended German schools and after receiving the Abitur moved to Los Angeles to study Film and Television Production at Loyola Marymount University. She grew up bilingually, speaking English and German, and has traveled extensively throughout her life. During her time at LMU, she directed three short documentaries that played successfully in film festivals and won awards for best student film, best editing, and best documentary. She has recently completed her short documentary, "Living With Fire," which focuses on the effects that climate change is having on wildfires in California. Her previous documentary was about an international research project in the Amazon rainforest, titled "ATTO: An Adventure in the Amazon." Believing film to be a powerful force that can contribute towards creating a better world, Claire M. I started out as still photographer freelancing in the Washington D.C. Area. I was published in just about every magazine in town as well as National and International news outlets. I was able to travel thanks my camera. I love melting into the crowd or background and capturing the moment, mood or feeling. After years of freelance I worked as a press photographer for the U.S. Department of State. A few years in, State hired me to produce, shoot, direct, and edit short form documentaries traveling domestically and internationally. For me, documentaries are personal insights to spectacular people and their lives. Sometimes I want to expose a wrong and sometimes I just want to revel in someone's goodness, quirkiness, talent, silliness. What makes humankind act the way we do? What motivates us to make choices, start organizations, ruin lives for our own gain? How does one find their demise? Human life is so pedestrian at times and then so unpredictable. Mark Abramson (b. 1988) is a Russian-American freelance photographer and filmmaker based in New York City. I am drawn to telling stories that allow me to pass through a window and enter into subjects’ lives and document their existence and experiences.
