She also currently has narrative feature films and a TV series project under various stages of production & development, and continues to concept and shoot music videos for various Grammy-nominated artists. She began her 20-year career in the entertainment industry producing and commissioning music albums on major labels, TV programs, and music videos, working with some of the biggest artists of all time. With a stint in live events that spanned production, development and marketing roles, she also has provided various media and production services for countless non-profit organizations and their live events. Mary Catherine began her production career by traveling to Hungary to document the plight of the Roma, and produced, filmed and edited "Through Roma Eyes," for Storyful. She went on to work on documentary programs for CNN, PBS, CBS, HBO, Lifetime, and IFC, and many others. She produced a live-animation economics series, "Punk Economics with David McWilliams," and an immersive travel series "Kenny Wild" for Sky 191. Mary Catherine and Cornelia released their first independent film "A Mighty Man: The Father Gerry Roche Story" about an Irish missionary who was murdered in Kenya, in 2012. Most recently, Mary Catherine was an Editor on "The C-Word," a film Directed by Meghan O'Hara (Fahrenheit 9/11) and Executive Produced by Morgan Freeman. Mary Catherine graduated cum laude from Harvard University, and earned her MS at Columbia School of Journalism. She is currently a Video Producer for HuffPost.

Dan Fipphen is a Washington, DC-based filmmaker who has worked on short and long-form documentaries, branded content, digital series and broadcast television. His editing credits include films for clients such as National Geographic, ESPN Films, The Guardian, Upworthy, USAID, and the Gates Foundation. He recently co-created "Fired Up", an animated short that depicts the origins of Barack Obama's "fired up, ready to go" chant, which was featured by the Atlantic, named a Vimeo Staff Pick, and added to Short of the Week. Released on the final day of the Obama presidency, the film has been reviewed by the Huffington Post and A.V. Club and seen more than 7 million times. Before that, he directed a short film for Zomia SPC, an education start-up in Thailand. He also edited and produced PYNE POYNT, a feature documentary about youth baseball in Camden, NJ that is currently available on Amazon Video. He also co-created and edited On Frozen Ponds, a 4-part digital docu-series about pond hockey in New England that has been featured on Comcast Sports New England and was a finalist for the New York Times Op-Doc LivePitch contest. Dan is a frequent collaborator of GoodFight Media, an award-winning production company based in Washington, DC.

I am American-Indonesian. I was raised in two fairly different cultures, spending equal amount of time in both Indonesia and United States. I have always been interested in anthropological studies, hence focusing my work to revolve around art, culture, religion and heritage. However, my background in non-profits also stemmed my interest in human rights and social issues as well as education-related stories within underserved communities. Most recently, I have begun to document gender rights in southeast Asia and gained interest in domestic violence that exist within our community. Many of these issues have been fueled by forced or arranged marriage obligated by religion and traditional practices of existing communities. Many are stripped off from their basic human rights due to cultural obligations. At the very core, it is nonetheless an abuse of power and authority against those who are powerless.

I'm a cinematographer, editor and motion graphics designer, born and raised in Brazil and based in New York. I've always had a strong connection with music, which led me to tour with bands, taking photos and making videos in the first place. As soon as my first videos were out there I discovered a passion and turned it into my job. I've worked in several production companies and ad agencies, creating TV series, commercials, films, music videos, and digital branded content. Some of the brands I had the opportunity to work with were Google, Food Network, LG, GM, Duracell, Michelob, Cycle, GE, Samsung among others. I am also directing a feature-length documentary named "Black Booth", a study of the shift from analog to digital projection in cinemas, from the point of view of the projectionists. This project won the AbelCine Documentary Grant and is supported by the Film Society of Lincoln Center, Film Forum, Museum of the Moving Image, among other prestigious institutions. I'm passionate about telling the stories of people and places that are out of the ordinary, as well as exploring old things.
