Artur Ortlieb is a young filmmaker. After working as a camera assistant, Artur began his studies at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in 2014 with a focus on cinematography. Artur was able to visit the Film and Television Institute of India trough an exchange programm. His films have screened at festivals such as the Max Ophüls Prize and the Saint Petersburg Multivision International Festival of Animation Arts. The film „Arezo“ opened the Hof International Film Festival 2019. In 2022 Artur received the camera award from the Lions Club. This honors cinematographers who focus on socially important work.

Ksenia Apresian is a documentary photographer, currently based in Berlin. She’s working mostly on long-term personal projects, on the subjects closely connected to her own biography – mostly questioning people’s identity, sexuality, representation, psychology, lifestyle and finding oneself within a new society and community. I am a German TV-journalist. I have worked as an editor for the Aktuell department of the German public broadcaster Südwestdeutscher Rundfunk (SWR) from 2004 to 2011. Since 2004 I have also completed freelance work as director, cameraman, sound engineer and cutter for different companies as well as for the German public broadcasters ARD, ZDF, 3sat and Arte.
