I am a video journalist and documentary filmmaker with 13 years of experience. I have reported news and feature stories from over a dozen countries and directed both journalistic and creative documentaries mainly from the global south (India, Nepal, Brazil, Tansania, Bolivia). Most of my work has been broadcast on YLE, Finland's public broadcaster. Some of my documentaries have been distributed by companies such as Java Films and Journeyman Pictures.
