Reyan Tuvi is a journalist based in İstanbul, Turkey. Born in the Aegean city of Izmir, in 1967, Reyan Tuvi has studied English Language and Literature at Bosphorus University and received a scholarship for her master’s degree in Documentary Production at the Northern Media School in the UK. Returning back to Turkey, she has worked for various newspapers/ magazines (e.g. National Geographic, Turkey) as a reporter/ editor and traveled all around Anatolia, the Turkish heartland for ‘’Hürriyet Seyahat’’, the travel supplement of the best selling Turkish newspaper, Hürriyet. Since 1995, Tuvi has working as a producer- researcher for foreign media outlets (radio, tv, magazine) such as BBC, Finnish TV YLE, Danish TV2, Voice of America Paris Match and also worked as a script writer/ researcher in various documentaries filmed in Turkey and abroad (Africa, Central Asia, Australia) on travel and different cultures of the world. She also acted as an advisor for TRT (Turkish State Television) for their travel documentary series. Her interest in the social issues on her own country and the world led her in the way of becoming an independent documentary maker. Her documentaries still continue to be screened at many film festivals in Turkey and around the world. Reyan Tuvi has three guide books on Turkey and a book on the Roman people of Istanbul whose neighbourhood is destroyed by gentrification. She is still writing feature stories for newspapers and web journals such as T24 on human rights issues, discrimination and culture and is continuing shooting documentaries. n 1984 Garip Ay was born in Siirt, Turkey. With his growing interest in pictorial arts since early childhood, he has first admitted to Diyarbakır Fine Arts Highschool followed by a major in Traditional Turkish Arts in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Throughout these years he started to focus on a concept which the art of Ebru is open for a change as the water it is made on. This concept was later regarded as a step towards connecting a traditional Turkish art evolved into a brand new form. Although his early work was consisting of portraits of Turkish names including Yunus Emre, Mimar Sinan, Piri Reis and more; he was recognized internationally with a remake of Starry Night by Van Gogh with a touch of Ebru. Followed by this success Garip Ay was invited to many galleries around the world with his work including workshops and seminars. He introduced the renovated form of Ebru with help of video art as a medium and defended the idea that the progress in Ebru was as crucial as the result and thrilling at the same time. Bearing these progressions in mind, a new form of Ebru blended with digital arts had a chance to reach people all around the world.

My name is Ahmet Hilmi Hacaloğlu. I was born in 1972 in Istanbul. Graduated from Lycee St. Joseph and studied at the History department of Bogazici University. While studying in the university, I begin to work at HBB TV in foreign news department as a part time editor, so my career on journalism started in 1996. During the establishment of the Turkish first news channel in 1999, NTV News channel; I took part in the organisation from the very first beginning and worked for 13 years as a senior correspondant . In 2007 I decided to leave the group and continued my career as a program presenter. In 2012-2013, I worked at Skytürk TV as a presenter of hard talk news show called “Now You Are Talking/Şimdi Söz Sizde” in which I focused on the weekly political agenda to discuss in details with a relevant programme guest.
