A freelance self shooting producer / director with an extremely strong journalistic background. Most recently have been working on long form television documentary (CNN, PBS, the UK's Channel 4), but also have shorter form digital experience, having worked at Economist Films, The Economist's documentary film arm, on a permanent basis for a year and a half before moving to New York 18 months ago. I still work for them on a freelance basis, producing short form videos for their Daily Watch output, as well as longer form (approx. 20 min) in depth documentaries. I am currently working on the CNN series This Is Life With Lisa Ling. I am a confident shooter on the Sony F7 and Canon C300 primarily, but m adaptable to a range of cameras.
