From the early days of crafting stories in grammar school to the bustling sets of major networks and corporations, my journey in storytelling and filmmaking has been nothing short of a remarkable adventure. It all began in 2002 with a script that ignited my passion for filmmaking, leading me to the prestigious Academy of Art University in San Francisco. There, I honed my skills in editing and the fundamentals of shooting, gaining invaluable experience working with a San Francisco news station and a local wedding photo and video company. My pursuit of excellence in this field took a new turn when I moved to Las Vegas. Here, I collaborated with various production companies, a phase of immense learning and growth, before taking the bold step to establish my own full-time business. This venture has allowed me to work with an impressive array of clients, both small and large, including notable names like Monster Products, MSNBC, FOX Sports, CNN, Inside Edition, Future Studios, Verizon Wireless, and Hitachi Digital Services. My passion for creating original content led me to embark on a new project, a mini-documentary show titled ‘Evryday People’. Hisonni Johnson is a Writer, Director, Actor, Cinematographer and Creator. He earned a full academic scholarship to the prestigious University School of Milwaukee, a nationally renowned college preparatory high school. He further distinguished himself by receiving the Presidential Gold Seal for academics and athletics. Johnson studied acting at the University of Wisconsin in the Bachelor of Fine Arts program, but his talent and ambitions did not remain solely in front of the lens. Hisonni studied with acclaimed Chicago photographer David VanderVeen. An impressive portfolio of commercials resulted, along with an affinity for still photography, video and film. He has worked professionally in nearly every crew position there is in both television and film. Originally from Amman, Jordan, I'm a Director of Photography with eight years of experience in the vibrant Las Vegas market. My work spans documentary-style shoots, interviews, corporate videos, trade shows, and mini-series. In my free time, I collaborate with local directors on narrative films. I started as a still photographer but gradually drifted to video, producing and editing. Using the same skills, I've found a love of telling stories of ordinary people doing extraordinary things. For the past 10 years I've worked as a camera operator, editor and director. I have worked in broadcast news for 7 years in the Las Vegas area. While out here I created a digital documentary series on the high school basketball powerhouse Findlay Prep. My series helped make the small team based out of Henderson, NV into a global destination for some of the top basketball athletes in the world. Our series documented the early careers of NBA Champion Cory Joseph, Cleveland Cavalier Tristan Thompson and Boston Celtic Avery Bradley. After basketball, music is another love. I helped created the music documentary series Suite Sessions (www.suitesessions.com). Our music series went behind the scenes with artists while they toured Las Vegas.

Erica Elson is a Production Supervisor at the American Film Institute as well as a graduate of AFI's Screenwriting MFA. Originally from Montreal, she received her BA in Communications and Film Studies from Concordia University and worked for the Line Producer of the Canadian show SOPHIE before moving to Los Angeles. After graduating from AFI, Elson freelanced at ABC, Warner Bros, VH1 and MTV. She was then a Showrunners Assistant on VH1's HINDSIGHT, where she had the chance to write for the web series PLANET SEBASTIAN. Elson’s articles have been published by the Huffington Post, Lifehacker and Readers Digest, among others. She writes and directs short films and is the co-author of the book “The Awkward Human Survival Guide”. Fluent in French, she also translates from French to English. Hello, My name is Bernard, I am a French American and a filmmaker for over 35+ years. As a cameraman and DP I grew up during the “Old-School” era of classic filmmaking I have been influenced by the work and by the philosophy of great cinematographers of the Nouvelle Vague period in France. My most prominent inspiration is Nestor Almandros who created cinema Vérité in Cuba (Oscar winner for Kramer vs Kramer and The Blue Lagoon). My brother, Gérard Blain, was an renown actor in France during this period. (Le Beau Serge /Jean-Claude Chabrol, in the US for his part in Hatari /John Wayne) The Nouvelle Vague took the camera out of the studios and with very little money they created master pieces, and a whole new direction and approach to filmmaking. That is not to say I am not acquainted with more modern takes of filmmaking. I am also heavily inspired by the early MTV's style of camerawork. The freedom; breaking the rules with lighter cameras and the preference for videos over films, a new style was created. I am from both of those worlds. And for me, the simple rule is to keep the viewers undisturbed from technical effects, if in fact they are needed at all to begin with. Over the 35 years of filming and documenting wood sculptors, I have mastered ways of filming and producing that makes you feel closer to the art piece. As a producer, I was looking for the creative process; the soul behind the art. I love doing interviews, I am used to go on the road and sometimes do the interviews myself, the camera, set-up, audio... everything! A one man show! (Beyond Wood series) In 1998, I was already encoding videos with “Real Player”. Today I create posts on Facebook, YouTube and other social media outlets.
