I was the kid in high school figuring out old reel to reel machines and projectors in A/V club, and I've carried on that passion for technology and media to my professional career. Early on in my career, most of my experience came from my love for audio and music production. I tracked numerous local bands in the Cincinnati area including Walk the Moon, and Young Heirlooms, both in studio and on location. I've done sound for picture and live music video projects one of which won an Emmy award. I've worked as a field audio engineer for projects ranging from short corporate promotional videos to feature length films. Since those early days of running sound and tracking, I've pivoted to video production and find myself happiest with a camera in my hands on a shoot or traveling. I began polishing my craft at the Cincinnati Museum Center and National Underground Railroad Freedom center for 4 1/2 years as the head of video production and AV for both institutions. In 2016 I took a position in the corporate world as a Multi-media Producer at Paycor to revamp their video output from the ground up. Finally in 2018 I was able to make the move out on my own and launched Axe of All Trades, a full service video production outfit based in Cincinnati Ohio.

Hello... I'm cinematographer Jeff Green from Knoxville, TN. I've been in the video production industry for over 20 years. During that time, I have traveled all over the United States and abroad a few times - Germany, Greece, and Israel. The projects I have worked on have been everything from simple web videos to corporate branding, documentaries, live action and even some short / feature film projects. Some of the corporations I have worked with have been NASCAR Studios, CNBC, Jupiter Entertainment, Sodexo, CSX Railroad, McKesson Medical, Ballad Health and BioMet to name a few as well as some non-profits like Tim Tebow Foundation, Dreams Come True, Kim's Open Door and United Way. What motivates me? Plain and simple, maybe cliche, but it's the story. I love being entrusted to capture the images that tell the story of your brand, your company, your non-profit or your film project. Give me the ideas you envision and I will craft the images necessary to keep the viewer engaged. What are my hobbies? Spending time with family and friends comes to mind first. Followed by photography, working out, hiking, anything water-related, and general exploring whether it's an antique shop, art gallery, a city or land I have never been to before... let me discover! By the way, I own a Sony FS7 Mark 2 camera package, Sony FX-30, Amaran LED bi-color mono lights, Smallrig LED bi-color mono-lights, Amaran LED RGBW panel lights, Camera Stabilizers, pro audio kit, small grip and lighting kit. I am well situated for interviews and small scene lighting in either a one or 2-man team as well as crews when the budget allows.

Josh Chitwood was born in Indiana in 1994 and was raised in a small southern Illinois town. As a transplant family from Indianapolis, and with Syrian-Lebanese roots, his family did not fit the mold of this rural town. Filmmaking and the creative process became his outlet at an early age. Throughout high school, Josh began developing his craft by making skate films, short documentaries and videos for his parent's church. In 2012, Josh moved from Illinois to Minnesota where he met his wife, Morgan. In 2014, Josh and Morgan started a film company called Chitwood Media. The heart of their work is to create films that cultivate inspiration, expand perspective, empower community and affirm hope. Their films reflect the unique creativity ingrained in each individual that goes beyond mimicking the popular. The themes of their storytelling and cinematography challenge misconception, reveal beauty, and reflect their personal faith. In October of 2021, the two relocated their business from Minneapolis to Indianapolis. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time in his home and community with Morgan and their three sons, Marquelle, Reggie and Tony.

In addition to her role as producer, she is an accomplished director, videographer, editor, and photographer. Holding a Master's degree in Communications from Leicester University, Deb's main focus is in nonprofit and educational media. I am a filmmaker and creative director. I've worked as a video producer for the Chicago Tribune and Kartemquin Films (Hoop Dreams, The Interrupters and Life Itself), as an assistant editor on the MSNBC original series Ricochet about Chicago gun violence, and have worked behind the camera as a run-and-gun-style documentary filmmaker for organizations like TIME, BBC, Education Week and more. I have a Master's in journalism with a specialty in film and broadcast from Northwestern University's Medill program, as well as a degree in Geography with special research in Geology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I've used what I've learned in both disciplines to make documentary films focusing on social issues, dissent, travel and environment. I work as a Writer/Creative Director for a video production company that offers animation and live action (documentary and concept-driven work) and bring my experiences as an on-set and in-the-field filmmaker to inform important creative decisions that help bring a concept to life.

I began working in the film and TV industry in 2015 learning various roles including Assistant Director, Assistant Camera, Camera Operator, and Production Assistant.
