As an Artist Filmmaker, I’m interested in Visual Anthropology. How can we represent people’s lives truthfully through Documentary, Scripted Film, Video Art, and live performance? My work has slowly shifted in recent years from commercial video to Documentary and Visual Arts, with my interests lying in ethnographic, environmental and global political commentary. I’ve recently finished showing a Video installation called ‘What Will We Do With What is Left’ at the Qalandiya international Arts Festival 2018 as part of their Collateral programme and I’m currently one of the directors selected for the BAFTA GURU 2018/2019 mentorship scheme as well as being a BFI Horizons recipient. He is a recent recipient of the BFI Horizons award and BAFTA GURU programme 2018/19 as well as his Visual Art work being selected for the 2018 Qalandiya International Art Festival Palestine

Matt Traver is a British-American filmmaker, photographer and creator of content relating to adventure, travel and culture. Experienced as a self-shooting producer/director and editor he has worked on a range of independent documentary short and feature length films and also in collaboration with Hot Aches Productions, Boulder Creek International and a joint commission from BMC TV, Trek + Mountain Magazine and Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports. After leaving his beloved Costa Rica, he created CNN's Adventure Report, covering over one hundred social impact stories in over 30 countries. Frustrated with prohibitive corporate policies, he left CNN to launch an independent project: Subite al Chunche ("Hop on the 'Chunche'", the name of his car) which documented the journey of driving from Costa Rica to the 2014 Brazil World Cup. The 13-episode multimedia series won several awards, including best audiovisual production of the year in its category. He is also the founder of the DO Lectures Costa Rica, named amongst the "top-10 ideas festivals"​ by The Guardian. Ben Addelman is the director of four award winning feature documentaries. His first two films Discordia (2004) and Bombay Calling (2006) were both produced by the National Film Board of Canada and screened at dozens of festivals around the world. Bombay Calling was nominated for the 2007 Gemini Award for Best Social Political Documentary and premiered at Hot Docs.
