Laura Otálora (Bogotá, Colombia, 1989) is a visual anthropologist and documentary filmmaker. Early in her career she made documentaries for international organizations in Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas. In 2018, her first feature film, "Chef's Diaries: Scotland", won Best Documentary in Girona and was selected in several festivals such as Malaga, Seattle and Edinburgh, available on Amazon Prime Video and Filmin.
