While living in Chicago during the early 2000's Declan started field-producing episodic documentaries for WTTW, the Travel Channel, and FOX, then shot two successful auto racing docs, FOUR BANGERS and TRAILER RACER. in 2003 he completed ULBERT, an award-winning documentary on bipolar disorder. In 2012 Declan produced and shot New Orleans Documentary SHELL SHOCKED, where he now lives. He has since been producer for Jack Newell's OPEN TABLES and 42 GRAMS. In 2022 he produced 2 feature thrillers OFF RAMP and ZERO HOUR. 2023 Starts with a feature thriller called JUNKYARD.
