I have been making short films since I discovered a video camera in my basement at the age of eleven. I earned a B.A. in Film Studies from Columbia University and my MFA from New York University’s Tisch Asia program in Singapore. My thesis film Tether, shot on location in Guatemala, has screened at prestigious film festivals including Palm Springs, Rhode Island, and Newport Beach. I am currently based in Los Angeles where I direct, produce, write and edit short content including branded videos for a variety of NGOs and startups as well as narrative films for AFI Directing Workshop for Women and Alliance of Women Directors / Shoot 'Em Up. I am currently on a slate of directors for Space Oddity (partnered with Snapchat). I am also developing my first feature.

I have eight years' experience as a professional Videographer/Editor and three years as a television production coordinator and manager in broadcast television. I later became a Creative Video Producer with Princess Cruise Lines, traveling to over 50 countries filming short-format documentary-style vignettes.
