My experience started as a travel videographer where I worked for the number one travel media brand, Beautiful Destinations, as a full time content creator. I love traveling, I love adventure, but most of all I love producing video stories. I've been working in video production since 2012 when I started graduate school at the University of Southern California. It was there that I learned the craft of documentaries. I spent two years living in Anchorage, Alaska, traveling around the state producing videos for Alaska Public Media. My videos ranged from mini documentaries for our Indie Alaska series, to underwriting spots for our sponsors. I now freelance out of Southern California. I'm a one-man band. Taj grew up in the tiny hamlet of Royalston, Massachusetts, a tight-knit community of artists, craftspeople, and small business owners in rural New England. Heeding the call of adventure, Taj traveled to Singapore to hone his filmmaking skills at NYU Tisch School of the Arts Asia. He graduated with an MFA in Film Production after shooting films in Pakistan, Korea, Japan, Nicaragua, Singapore, and Kuwait. Upon leaving Asia, Taj returned to his roots in New England to make a series of videos profiling local craftsmen, artists, and small businesses. Duc Nguyen has been television producer and journalist for over 10 years. Duc, an avid traveler, has done video documenting work in Vietnam, Cuba, the Andes mountain and in the Amazon river, South America. In 2007, he produced and directed Bolinao 52, his first feature documentary. The documentary portrays the ill-fated journey of a refugee boat that drifted 37 days at sea.
