Juan David Romero is a Paris-based filmmaker, journalist, and multimedia professional with a focus on human rights. He directed Unbroken Paradise, An Iraqi Belly Dancer, and Black in Ukraine, documentaries showcased at global festivals like the Global Impact Film Festival, Amnesty International's Human Rights Film Festival, and Tunisia's Mawjoudin Queer Film Festival, the only LGBT festival in North Africa. Currently, he leads multimedia operations at That’s Y Media and serves as lead video editor for the Civil Liberties Union for Europe. His past roles include video work with Médecins Sans Frontières and the United Nations Office of the Victims' Rights Advocate. Romero’s background includes journalism and video production with Brut, refugee aid in Europe, and work with the American Association for the Advancement of Science. A University of Central Florida alumnus, he holds a B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Film and has published poetry in several literary magazines.

Her ambition led her to attend the ESRA International Film School where she learned the art of composition and developed her skills to seek out the perfect photo in every situation. She was drawn into the world of cinematography; worked as a director of lighting for Dinosysia, Kadi Love, the feature film Neiges d’Automne, cultural program Entrée Libre / France 5 after having participated in several shoots as a camera operator. She shooted a short movie 364 Days. But... When she discovered the existence of the Calais Jungle, and documented the unworthy conditions of migrants in France, she decided to change the job and she found her voice. My name is Jules I'm 28 years old and I was born and raised in Paris, France. I have a bachelor degree in Cinema studies from la Sorbonne University (Paris, France) I Also studied Audiovisual communication at Carlos III University (Madrid, Spain) and Cinema Studies at IAD (Institut des arts de diffusion) in Brussels, Belgium.
