Born and raised in Rome, Chiara lives a clash of cultures when she moved with her family to Germany. In Munich she studied art ​​and develops a taste for being abroad and discovery new worlds. Back in Italy, she got a degree in Product Design at the University of Rome. But the desire to discover new lifestyles separates her again from her hometown: she flies to Paris and became assistant photographer on fashion shoots. I am a web manager and an Iranian journalist. At the time that mainstream news reporting is being biased by political and diplomatic considerations I believe it is necessary to give voice to real people and activist on the ground. My main objective is to see a free Iran for the young generation. I think the world should hear the story of Iranian People and their struggle for freedom. I started as a photo journalist and later entered to video production. The site I manage, Iran News Update (irannewsupdate.com) is an independent news source from Human Rights issues to the Iranian regime nuclear ambition. My contribution to this goal is photo journalism, news gathering, TV and video production. All the revenue raised in this regards would be spend on the news quality.

She's based between Los Angeles and Paris and speaks Chinese, English, and French fluently. Jo Jo hopes to use the language of cinema to tell bold and empathetic stories internationally with others who strive for the same. She holds an MFA in Cinematography from the AFI Conservatory and was recognized by the Kodak Vision Award for Excellence in Cinematography for the project “Ceremony” in 2019. After making movies in DR Congo, Senegal, France I'm now living in Brasil. I have my own material to work alone and quickly. I started to work with documentary in 2007 when I met the music band Staff Benda Bilili and the two directors who were making a movie on their story. I worked three years on this films as assistant director and as project coordinator. I made another movie as co director with Nils Tavernier on the young people who are participating in fencing in the prison of Thies in Senegal. I'm now editing a movie that I made in Haiti on the bands of rara music.
