I've been working in New York City in Documentary TV and Film for the last 3 years in Production and Post-Production. I worked on projects like Bobby Kennedy for President and Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes, but in a more logistics oriented role helping to produce shoots and deliver series. I decided to get back into the creative side of filmmaking by shooting and editing more, so I moved to Arizona to shoot my first documentary and picked up a few clients along the way. Andrew Caringi is a freelance photographer and filmmaker. In the summer of 2015 he interned as a photographer and video reporter for Brooklyn Deep, a digital journalism platform that chronicles neighborhood change in Central Brooklyn. In December of 2015 he received his M.A. in Journalism from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, where he specialized in urban reporting and visual storytelling. His first film, Super Bronx Boys, debuted this December for an audience in Midtown, Manhattan. The short documentary film follows the lives of three indie game developers from the Hunts Point section of the Bronx. He currently resides in New York City.
