While working at a 3D printer manufacturer, my natural sense of curiosity collided with a passion for creative storytelling, and, as a salesperson, I picked up a camera and started recording interviews with our customers. I got my start telling a diverse range of stories about 3D printer applications - from dinosaur bone preservation to bronze casting - and have since honed my ability to find the story and craft a compelling narrative in a variety of fields. IAN MAYER is a Clio-Award winning freelance editor and graphics artist living in New York City. He was editor and associate producer for The Incomparable Rose Hartman, a feature-length documentary film that premiered at SXSW and has screened at 15 festivals. His other editorial credits include ESPN's Inside: U.S. Soccer's March to Brazil, MSNBC's Pot Barons, and various television commercials. He has also created visuals for two Super Bowl Halftime Shows, music awards performances for KE$HA and Beyoncé, and concert tours for Beyoncé, Roger Waters and Norah Jones. Isaak Liptzin is a New York based cinematographer and producer with a background in documentary photography. Isaak was born in San Francisco, but grew up and studied in Italy until 2009, when he moved to New York to attend classes in photography and imaging at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. In 2010 he spent seven months working at the studio of acclaimed photojournalist James Nachtwey, and in 2011 he provided photo and video documentation for Peace Child India in Bangalore. In the summer of 2012 he cofounded Awen Films, a nonfiction film production company, contributing his camera and his skills to various projects. He currently works with WNYC Radio as a photographer.

But I'd say a majority of my experience has come with making short films and documentaries with my friends, shooting any and everything for fun, plus going to film school at Portland State University didn't hurt. My name is Laura Lechner, and I'm a film director. I am currently working as a digital video producer at Columbia University in New York, while also freelancing as a videographer, art director, script supervisor, and editor. Andrew Caringi is a freelance photographer and filmmaker. In the summer of 2015 he interned as a photographer and video reporter for Brooklyn Deep, a digital journalism platform that chronicles neighborhood change in Central Brooklyn. In December of 2015 he received his M.A. in Journalism from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, where he specialized in urban reporting and visual storytelling. His first film, Super Bronx Boys, debuted this December for an audience in Midtown, Manhattan. The short documentary film follows the lives of three indie game developers from the Hunts Point section of the Bronx. He currently resides in New York City.

Fabián Caballero is a freelance videographer and documentary film editor based in New York City. In recent years he has worked with Capital K Pictures on two feature documentary films. The first, Gaucho del Norte, about Latin American sheepherders recruited to work in the American West, premiered on PBS’ America Reframed in 2015. The second film, The Interpreter, currently in post production, is a film about the struggle of Iraqi and Afghan interpreters who worked with U.S. forces during both wars and was funded by the MacArthur Foundation and ITVS. He has done work for NY Post, Cinema Tropical, and LUMA Projects among others.
