Sheron Dayoc is director/producer who shifts from Fiction/non-fiction storytelling to TV Commercial directing. His notable films are HALAW/Ways of the Sea (NETPAC Jury -2011 Berlinale, NETPAC Award – APSA 2011, Cinemalaya 2010 Best film), The Crescent Rising (Best Documentary – Busan IFF 2011, Best Documentary - Gawad Urian) and Women of the Weeping River, which won numerous local and international awards. As for Advertising, his most notable work includes 2018 VICKS’s “Touch of Care” of Publicis One, Singapore that ranked by campaigns as of the top adverts for 2018. The same ad won awards in Spikes Asia and Kidlat awards (Philippine Advertising Awards) Sheron founded Southern Lantern Studios, a creative think tank and production company for multimedia short and long film and video content for various platform. He is an alumnus of the Asian Film Academy in Busan, Korea (2008 Busan International Film festival) and NEXT Master Class of the 2010 Tokyo Filmex.   He honed his craft by producing, directing, and writing several documentaries, including his Asian Pitch 2008 (MediaCorp/NHK Japan) “A Weaver's Tale” which won a Certificate of Creative Excellence at the U.S. International Film and Video Festival 2010. He is the first Filipino to be granted a project by the Asian Pitch.   He recently completed his new film “WOMEN OF THE WEEPING RIVER” (formerly titled “SATRA”), which won best film at the Qcinema International Film Festival (Philippines). The film is one of six film projects selected for the June 2011 Sundance Scriptwriting Lab in Utah. The project is a recipient of script development fund from Asian Cinema Fund and Hubert bals fund. The film was selected at Asian Project Market, Sorfond pitching forum in Norway and Ties That Bind – EAVE for 2014.   His full length documentary feature “ THE CRESCENT RISING ” won best documentary at the 2016 Busan International Film festival. Locally it won best documentary film both for 2016 Gawad Urian (Critics Award) and at the 2015 Qcinema International Film Festival.   HALAW (WAYS OF THE SEA), his debut feature-length film, won best Film, Director, Actor, and Editing at the Philippines’ 2010 Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival. He produced, wrote, and directed it. The film won the Special Mention, NETPAC at the 2011 Berlin IFF, Best Picture at the 2011 New York Hell’s Kitchen IFF, and the NETPAC Development Prize at the 2011 Asia Pacific Screen Awards in Australia. It has been invited to screen and compete at some two-dozen film festivals in Asia, Europe, US, South America, and Australia.   Sheron is currently in development of his next feature film projects for local and international co-productions.

Noel Guevara is a conservation photographer, filmmaker, producer, and National Geographic Explorer based in Manila, Philippines. He is also an Emerging League Fellow of the International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP) and Summit Fellow at the 2022 Jackson Wild Media Festival. Noel focuses on the Asia-Pacific region but specializes in stories from the Philippine seas. He covers ocean conservation, climate change, single-use plastic issues, and the complex relationships of coastal and urban communities with the sea. Martin San Diego is an independent documentary photographer from the Philippines. He is a multiple grantee of the National Geographic Society, a Diversify Photo member, an alumnus of the Angkor Photo Festival Workshops, a Visual Journalism graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, and a fellow of the Konrad Adanauer Stiftung Media Programme Asia.    His work gravitates towards questioning the histories written by colonizers and victors. This is most evident in his ongoing long-term project on Filipino-Muslim youth and their relationship with militancy in Mindanao, southern Philippines.    Martin regularly contributes to The Washington Post and VICE News on notable Philippine issues – the Drug War, COVID-19 pandemic, and the environment. I am an award-winning Tagalog filmmaker and journalist. I was a Fulbright Scholar who holds a Master’s degree in documentary filmmaking from New York University where I was also a recipient of the NYU GSAS Scholarship. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. I directed, wrote and produced two films: Cuchera and Nuwebe, which have been screened in over 60 international film festivals including Toronto, Stockholm, Fribourg, Cleveland, Belgrade, Montreal, Vancouver, Geneva and Goteborg. Aside from my work in film, I also contribute to TV, print and online media. Last November, I produced a documentary for Get Real of Channel News Asia. I have also contributed articles and video work to The New York Times, GMA Network and Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism. I won as Best Director at the 2015 ASEAN International Film Festival and Awards and Grand Prize at the 2014 UNICEF Child Rights Awards.

Alec Figuracion is a 26-year-old independent filmmaker who has a degree in Psychology at University of Santo Tomas, and a diploma in Filmmaking from the International Academy of Film and Television in Cebu, Philippines where he was given the "Special Award in Directing" as a recognition for his short thesis film, “Tangible”. At the age of 22, he was given the opportunity to direct his feature film, "Bitukang Manok”, for Cinema One Originals 2014 which won “Best Cinematography”. Veejay started out as a staff photographer for the national news magazine the Philippines Graphic before venturing into freelancing. He also worked with several international news wire agencies before concentrating on his documentary projects in Asia. He is the the recipient of the 2008 Ian Parry Scholarship grant with his project on the lives of former gang members in Manila which also garnered him a residency at the Visa Pour l'image photojournalism festival hosted by Crossing Point residency program on the same year. He was also the first Filipino to be selected in the 2013 Joop Swart Masterclass program. Jonathan Jose Z. Olarte is a freelance filmmaker, visual artist, and human rights activist born and raised in Metro Manila, Philippines. He is currently pursuing further studies at the University of the Philippines, Diliman for Fine Arts. He studied cinematography at the International Academy of Film and Television, and apprenticed under visual artist and cinematographer Napoleon Jamir III. A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a major in Social Sciences, I worked for many years in Leo Burnett as an advertising creative winning several awards. In 2003 I started directing music videos, behind-the-scenes featurettes and documentaries for major networks and production companies. I still continued to work with advertising agencies in creating novel concepts for commercials and corporate communications. As a skilled musician, I also compose, arrange and perform original music for most of my projects. In 2013, I directed my first full-length feature film entitled "Coming Soon", a comedy-drama starring some of the country's most promising young actors. I am also an avid surfer, and have recently been working on projects with the newly-founded ByTheSea Productions which takes me to some of the most beautiful beaches all over the country.
