My name is Chuck Oldright. I am the owner/producer at Turning Leaf Productions in Olympia, Washington. I've been in the video production business for almost 10 years and absolutely love what I do. I would describe myself as a 'run and gun' specialist, although working in a team environment is comfortable for me. I produce a wide variety of films. Most of my work is training videos, weddings, promotional videos and documentary filming. I have worked in video production for 18 years. My primary employer for the last 15 years was Lindblad/National Geographic Expeditions. As a Video Chronicler I shot and edited videos while traveling on small cruise ships. This was a fast-paced environment where I was typically turning over a fully edited 1/2 hour video each week, usually fro 3-4 weeks at a time. I'm looking for an opportunity to focus on editing and becoming part of the local video production community in my home town of Portland, Oregon.
