Bill Hays is a photographer, videographer, musician, commercial multi-engine instrument rated pilot and a 14 CFR Part 107 UAS (drone) pilot and flight instructor. With Bill’s 25 years of experience in professional photography and videography and similar experience as a manned aircraft pilot, it was a natural move for Bill to become a drone pilot specializing in drone photography and videography with his preexisting intimate knowledge of FAA airspace, regulations, and culture.
