I love making the ordinary seem strange. While living in San Francisco I worked for several documentary production companies dedicated to telling the stories of those often marginalized in society. Whether it involved the environment, education, food rights, or marijuana legalization the opportunity to tell one's story kept me passionate and driven. Craig Youngren is an award-winning editor with diverse experience in documentaries, commercials, and narrative films. Recently Craig edited a commercial for Bombas (featured on Shark Tank) which is currently airing on YouTube and Facebook. Craig was also an editor on Black Dog Red Dog, a feature film starring Olivia Wilde, Chloe Sevigny and James Franco. Going to school for a TV/Film degree, I was able to get hands on experience quickly. After school, I gravitated toward projects that I could manage myself, creating powerful stories with a small crew. Traveling for the story has become my thing in the past three years!
