Over the last 18 years, I have worked in almost every field of film, TV and video production and television journalism, and have spent the last nine years managing my own news and media production company. I’m a Costa Rican investigative journalist with vast experience in cross-border collaborative projects with newsrooms in Latin America and the US. Until recently, I collaborated with the Centro Latinoamericano de Investigación Periodística (CLIP). Before that I worked as Data and Investigations editor for Univision Noticias in Miami. I was a fellow in the 2019 class of the John S.
