Joe Zeitouny is a filmmaker and documentarian interested in exploring the vast world of culture and musical expression through narrative, observational documentary, and formal documentary work. He is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a path to graduate in 2024 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film. Within the past eight years, he has worked alongside the Boston Celtics to rebirth the Waltham High School TV broadcasting program to document the high school's basketball team, made promotional films for the Waltham Parks department to help with community engagement, and was a marketing intern for Alira Health to inform the actions the company was taking to become more environmentally friendly. He has worked on numerous documentaries independently and with a team of other like-minded creatives. During the summer of 2023, he went to Dublin, Ireland, to film a feature documentary with the Cuala Foundation to capture asylum seekers' hardships and the road to getting citizenship. He had also worked on short documentary films about the Black Lives Matter movement in Waltham, MA, and Minneapolis, MN. He has been working with UW-Milwaukee's doc/UWM to produce, direct, film, and edit shorts for companies about UW-Milwaukee alumni. Jeff is a documentary filmmaker and journalist based in New York City. In recent years, he has collaborated on feature-length documentaries for HBO and PBS Frontline, and contributed reporting to the New York Times. Jeff learned to shoot and produce working alongside renowned documentarians Jon Alpert and Matthew O’Neill at DCTV, New York’s most honored community media center. In 2008, through a KWD Project for Peace Grant, Jeff received funds to equip a media lab on the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in Southern Mexico with video and audio equipment and train a small indigenous youth group to make short films. The youth group and their work is featured at the end of his award-winning undergraduate thesis film, which received the Betty and Harry S. Shapiro Endowed Award in Anthropology at Brandeis University and is distributed internationally by DER. Jeff’s work continues to be informed by a strong background in community media and non-fiction story-telling. He lives in Hamilton Heights with his wife, Laís and his son, Martin.

Hi. I am an Emmy Award-winning writer/producer/director with over fifteen years' experience. I was a senior producer at ABC News, where I oversaw the network's slate of original digital video programming, where I was responsible for the content and creative direction of these series, as well as the development of new series. I have worked in journalism for eight years, branching often into marketing and sponsored content. At my core I am a storyteller, specializing in cinematography. Alejandro is a lefty Mexican-born Cinematographer based in Brooklyn N.Y. His work has screened at Sundance, Berlinale, Tribeca, Toronto, Rio de Janeiro and Oslo film festival, amongst others. This year he has been nominated for Best Cinematography at the Emmy Awards in May 2019 (WE SPEAK NY) and at the Critic Choice Awards (306 HOLLYWOOD). Since 2018 Alejandro is part of the AMC - Mexican Society of Cinematographers. He was at Sundance Film Festival 2018 with the Feature Film 306 HOLLYWOOD, premiering at the opening night for Next Section.
