My 27-year career as a cameraman continued in local and national channels and agencies and then evolved into freelance work. I have provided freelance shoot editing services to foreign media members living in Turkey for about seven years, mainly as a news cameraman.
In 2020, a magnitude 6.6 earthquake in the Aegean Sea affected the province of Izmir, and 117 people died. This work was a news shoot that showed both the effects of the earthquake and the stories of people rescued from the rubble days later.
News about the political atmosphere I shot for Norwegian State Television before the 2021 Iranian Presidential elections
I filmed and edited the news for CNN International correspondent Jomana Karadsheh. This work was a news shoot in which we expressed how Ukrainian Paralympic Swimmers, who could not return to their country after Russia attacked Ukraine, were hosted in Turkey and the longing of these swimmers for their families and country.
I shot a video promoting a student dormitory built by a construction company. The video is interesting as it shows my gimbal and drone skills.
