I'm a Film Directing graduate at UNATC Film School in Bucharest in 2015. On my personal career I focus on creative documentaries. Essay, meditative, pictorial, are the words that best describe my work. So far I've made three short documentaries which were shown in festivals across Europe and USA like Visons du Réel, Edinburgh IFF, EntreVues, Experiments in Cinema. I am both directing and shooting my films. Now I am in the editing of my first feature documentary. I'm also focusing on photography - my first solo exhibition was in Munich 2016 and in 2017 I published a photo-book called Hometown. On my professional work career, I've been working on fiction and documentary projects as a director, cinematographer, field researcher, field casting researcher, editor, set photographer. Highlights are: Touch Me Not by Adina Pintilie - Main Competition in Berlinale 2018, Odaia - part of a 2-year exhibition in Leipzig Museum of Contemporary Art.
Le Jardin du Soleil Vert is a CSR art project where artist Laurențiu Dimișcă is making a monumental painting at Veolia's Bucharest Waste Water Treatment Plant. I documented in a 9 minutes film the process of the artist doing the work. On this project is was a one-man show.
