We started by collaborating with another production companies and independent filmmakers, but once with our first creative short documentary, Cow Bell, we decided to create our own. Cow Bell was met with international success, so far includes selections in film festivals such as Draga Film Fest (Romania) or Luksuz Film Festival (Slovenia). I've been a photographer for the last 20+ years. For the last 6 years I have been constantly collaborating with VICE Romania and other media outlets as a photojournalist and videographer. I cover all kind of topics - minorities, protests, human rights, environment. I just finished shooting my first documentary for which I took the Cinematography Award at SUNDANCE 2020. Radu Ciorniciuc is a Romanian film director, cinematographer, and investigative journalist. In 2012 he co-founded the first independent media organization in Romania - Casa Jurnalistului; a community of reporters specialized in in-depth, long-form, and multimedia reporting. Since then, Radu has been working as a long-form writer and undercover investigative reporter for most major international newspapers and televisions. His researches are focused on human rights, animal welfare, and environmental issues across the globe. His debut feature documentary film, "Acasa, My Home", tells the story of a family that lived for two decades in the wilderness, in perfect harmony with nature, until they are chased out and forced to adapt to life in the big city. "Acasă, My Home" premiered at Sundance 2020 where it won the special jury award for Best Cinematography. The film had an exceptional festival run, winning more than 30 other international awards, and has been selected for a nomination at the European Film Academy Awards. Currently, Radu is working on two more feature documentaries.

Serestely Szilard is a documentary filmmaker, cinematographer, and photographer based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. His work has been featured on TVR (National Cable TV), Pressone.ro, and Romania.europalibera.org. He has collaborated with notable brands such as Redbull, Babeș-Bolyai University, and the Transylvanian International Film Festival (TIFF). Szilard is also the creator of Rotric Revista, an independent, self-published skateboard magazine that highlights the Romanian skateboarding scene. He also produces content for the magazine’s YouTube channel. Szilard holds a B.A. in Cinematography, Photography, and Media, as well as an M.A. in The Art of Short Films from Babeș-Bolyai University. After graduation, his documentary Poftiți vă rog won the Audience Award and Best Documentary at the Filmul de Piatra film festival, along with the Golden Brush award at the TIFF Local Competition, offered by Fabrica de Pensule. I'm a Film Directing graduate at UNATC Film School in Bucharest in 2015. On my personal career I focus on creative documentaries. Essay, meditative, pictorial, are the words that best describe my work. So far I've made three short documentaries which were shown in festivals across Europe and USA like Visons du Réel, Edinburgh IFF, EntreVues, Experiments in Cinema. I am both directing and shooting my films. Now I am in the editing of my first feature documentary. Ioana Moldovan is a freelance photojournalist, documentary photographer and writer based in Bucharest, Romania. Her work has been published by The New York Times, ESPN, Al Jazeera English, Huffington Post, Libération, LensCulture, Radio France Internationale, Decât O Revistă and Vice among others. She has also worked on multimedia projects funded by the European Commission and Friedrich Ebert Foundation. The U.S. Embassy in Bucharest presented her with the “Women of courage” award for outstanding achievement in highlighting truth through photojournalism. Elena Stancu is an independent journalist, based in Bucharest, contributor at the Romanian editions of Marie Claire, National Geographic, Esquire and other local magazines. She started working as a journalist 10 years ago and her worked focused on domestic violence, human trafficking, Romanian prisons and integration of minorities. She was a 2013/2014 Fellow at the Rosalynn Carter Fellowship for Mental Health Journalism and a 2013 Fellow at the Balkan Fellowship for Journalistic Excellence.
