Mr. Djallel Khechib is an Algerian researcher and author living in Istanbul, he is now a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Algiers3, Department of Asian Studies and International Relations. He got his Magister degree from the same department in 2017, and he was the valedictorian student during the Bachelor and Magister years.
In 2014, Mr. Khechib got a scholarship of excellence for a short internship at Sakarya University, then he got another scholarship of excellence from Turkey in 2014 to do a second Master/Research at the Institute of Middle Eastern Studies and Islamic world, Marmara University-Istanbul.
Moreover, he is an active author too, he has 5 books, about 25 studies and research papers, 25 translation papers and more than 40 articles published in different academic journals and centers of research in Algeria, Turkey, Egypt, Qatar, Beirut, and the USA.
In December 2018, Mr. Khechib'research got the International Mahathir Mohamed Prize for Intellectual creativity organized by Kuala Lumpur Forum for Thought and Civilization-Malaysia.
Besides his academic writings, he participated in numerous International conferences, symposiums, training and youth events in different countries such as Turkey, Russia, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Lebanon.
He has worked as the main researcher at IDRAK (Perception) Center for Studies and Consultations, Istanbul, between 2017-2018. Now he is cooperating with different TV channels, research centers and teaching Geopolitics at International Relations Academy (IRA) in Istanbul.
Mr. Khechib is conducting his researches in Four languages: Arabic, English, French, and Turkish.
His main fields of Interest are Geopolitics, The Great and Regional Powers Politics, The International Relations Theories, North African issues, Democratic Transition in Algeria, Algerian Foreign Policy, and Political Philosophy.
