Officials in Northern Kenya have expressed concern over the impact of the current drought on the sexual and reproductive health of women and girls. Records seen by the BBC at several health facilities, in Samburu, North Eastern Kenya show that in the last six months the number of women and girls seeking family planning services has decreased by more than 50% , as families move away from their homes, in search of food, water and pasture. This is a report from Samburu where a team of nurses is following the women on the move and offering free reproductive Health services.
