Request QuoteDr Başak Ozan Özparlak is an assistant professor and researcher of IT Law at Özyeğin University Faculty of Law. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Law from Marmara University, her Master's degree in EU Law from Marmara University's European Union Institute, and her Ph.D. from Marmara University's Faculty of Law. Since 2016, she has been providing national and international level training, consultancy, and research on various legal implications such as smart and autonomous systems, AI, next-generation wireless technologies (5G/6G), data protection, and cyber security law, at the intersection of industry and academia.
