Odette van Rensburg worked for Sheraton and Forte Hotel Groups in Sales & Marketing and set up the Groups Department for Wild Africa Safaris. Odette handles all aspects of Production (scouting, casting management, logistics etc) Sound Management, Interviews, Research and Edits.
Since 2013 Eric and Odette @ Dogs on the Run have been documenting social behaviour throughout Southern Africa.

UNFPA – ‘Shamiso’s Story’ – A 5 minute documentary of the story of 15 year old Shamiso whose family wanted to marry her to an older man due to economic hardships. The Sista2Sista programme supported and funded this film. November 2015.

PSI/JHPIEGO – Frank Dialogues – a social documentary filmed in 4 Southern African countries. Dialogues on Men’s behavior towards Men’s Sexual Health. Talking to men on the street about their views towards HIV, Circumcision and Health Care. 2016. Screened at AIDS2018.
