Eric Paul Maryea - Began his career as a writer and director of corporate training films for a multinational utility company, National Grid. For 12 years he has been instrumental in developing a library of films to train the next generation of electric and gas workers. In addition to corporate film production, Eric published his first novel as a high school student, Temperance, and worked his way into creating a plethora of original stories in the form of manuscripts, screenplays, graphic novels and documentaries. His latest work includes the documentary Red Words: The Natives Of New York. He served as an executive producer and editor on the film #Rucker50 which was acquired by Netflix. Shawn Baldwin is a documentary filmmaker, photographer and multimedia journalist based in Berkeley, California. His work is published in The New York Times, Stern, Newsweek, Time Magazine, Vanity Fair, Bloomberg Businessweek and The New York Times Magazine. Shawn lived in the Middle East for more than a decade covering war in Iraq, revolutions in Egypt and Libya, and the growing influence of hardline Islam across the Arab world. He has worked throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe on stories. He is the recipient of the 2016 Dorothea Lange Fellowship and has won several awards including Magazine Portrait & Personality in the Best of Photojournalism competition for his work in Afghanistan. Shawn studied documentary filmmaking at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. His first documentary film "After the Revolution" will premiere this year.

Im an award-winning filmmaker, author and journalist. Ive used my skills as a storyteller in a variety of media: producing hours of live radio, as well as short sound-rich pieces, creating documentaries and short video features, making photo essays and slide shows, putting together multimedia pieces and writing articles. Oluwaseun Babalola is a Sierra Leonean/Nigerian-American director, shooter, and producer. She began her career as video editor in digital content with brands such as Yahoo!, Macy’s, and Conde Nast, and later ventured into film production as Director of Photography and Co-Producer on the successful indie documentary, “Trichster.” Post “Trichster,” Oluwaseun has produced projects with her production company in Haiti, Botswana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and more. I currently work in television as a production coordinator, in the documentary department. I've been working in the world of journalism, editing, animation and documentary both in print and film for the past three years after finishing my masters in documentary journalism at NYU J-School. In addition to my "day-job" I'm working on two independent docs. I'm interested in the grey spaces that exist between cultures, and the aspects of humanity that are able to cross the borders of age, race, gender, language, and sexual orientation. Bimina is a multimedia journalist and filmaker. She works on documentaries both collaborative and independent. She also freelances for several online publications and non-profit organizations. Bimina has collaboratively produced and directed a half hour documentary “Reviving Nepal Bhasa” focusing on near extinction of culture and language of endangered community of Newars, indigenous to central Nepal.
