Vienna Alexandria Maglio is a freelance, multimedia journalist and producer based in Jersey City, New Jersey who has worked on stories across the United States and internationally in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Her past work has focused on issues of social justice, human rights, gender, citizen journalism and the intersection of journalism and technology. After receiving his doctorate in sociology at the University of Paris X, France, Gérard Schmidt created and managed a film company whose mission was to produce and distribute cultural documentaries and short films with an international focus. He sold his catalogue at major international TV conventions such as MIP, MIPCOM and NATPEE. Relying on his deep knowledge of European co-production and financing, Gérard has led training seminars to emergent film professionals. As a Producer/director/shooter/editor he’s created content for all formats: broadcast, DVD and web. He’s coordinated with researchers, journalists, graphic designers, web developers and audio/video technicians. Comfortable with content management systems and internet-based processes, he is very familiar with cross-disciplinary collaboration. In 1997 he moved from Paris to New York and joined Metropolis DVD as Executive Producer and Director of Special Features, negotiating with major music labels and bands in the US and France, including The Rolling Stones, Slipknot, Nickelback, DMX, Ben Harper, Johnny Hallyday, Def Leppard. He shot and edited numerous video segments for these artists. Continuing in this field, he joined Masque Entertainment as Managing Director creating a new DVD production department and directing/shooting concerts and video segments. Before starting CaveLight Films, Jordan wrote and produced numerous TV and documentary projects for Travel Channel, A&E Network, Discovery Channel and Animal Planet, as well as produced TV commercials abroad for brands that include Adidas, Samsung and Head & Shoulders. I’m an Italian independent documentary filmmaker based in New York City and part-time in Los Angeles, I’ve been freelancing as a producer, field producer, and cinematographer for VICE Media since early 2016, and I’ve collaborated with numerous firms such as Radical Media, Anchor Entertainment, Scott Free, PBS, Hulu, Rolling Stones. I'm a freelancer video journalist living in Brooklyn. I was the video producer for New York magazine for about three years, where I shot and edited hundreds of videos. Since leaving AOL/Huffington Post -- where I was New York editor for two years, overseeing a staff of two and publishing up to 15 news items per day -- I've been producing web videos. Among my recent projects was editing a mash-up for the New York Times Magazine, directing and editing a funny campaign for a Bronx needle exchange program, a music video to raise the minimum wage, and a profile of designers affected by Hurricane Sandy. I've also directed two feature films: the first, a documentary about the 2001 mayor's race, premiered at the Hamptons Film Festival and aired on the Sundance Channel for two years. The second screened at the LA Indie FIlm Fest and will hopefully find a permanent home online soon. I enjoy stories about people, simply put, and love being able to connect with others through video and hopefully do their stories justice.

I am an Italy-born freelance multimedia journalist based in Brooklyn, NY. I've covered various national stories for Fusion TV and the Juvenile Justice Information Exchange, shooting and editing video news stories and short documentaries. I covered the Dakota Access Pipeline controversy in 2016, self-producing an award winning 16-minute documentary. I covered the construction of the southern leg of the same pipeline in the swamps of Louisiana, shooting and editing a short documentary for Fusion TV. I covered many Black Lives Matter protests around the country. I produced video stories following the acquittal of officers involved in Freddie Gray's death. David Helfer Wells is a film-maker and photographer who divides his time between Providence, Rhode Island and Bangalore, India. One day you can find him creating still and moving images for clients, such as Edible Rhody and the Providence Preservation Society on the unique local culture of America’s smallest state. Other days he may be working on personal/grant funded projects on the beautiful Narragansett Bay with the support of Rhode Island’s Council for Humanities and State Council on the Arts. In India’s “Silicon City” Bangalore, he is busy creating visual narratives for clients such as Bryn Mawr College and Aramco World or working on personal/grant funded projects supported by the Fulbright and Alicia Patterson Foundations. He has worked on assignment for such magazines as Fortune, Life, National Geographic, Newsweek, The Sunday New York Times, and Time, among others. I now run a production company called Gates & Greene where I create and direct video campaigns for clients like Princeton University, Dom Perignon, and Bystander Revolution, an anti-bullying organization, where I also served as Creative Director for two years. Alex H. Gómez is the Founder, Creative Director, and Director of Photography of Intercultural Productions, a production company specializing in culturally appropriate media. He is a native Colombian and has been in the film and journalism fields for over twenty-five years. Alex is an award-winning documentary director whose work has been shown internationally. In Colombia, he worked as a producer and documentary director at TelePacifico. Although his work covered diverse areas concerning the lives of Colombians, much of it centered on indigenous and Afro-Colombian communities in order to raise awareness about their lives, perspectives, and hopes for the future. After moving to the US, Alex created Intercultural Productions as a way to break down barriers between different cultures and groups of people and use communications tools for promoting equity and understanding. Alex holds a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and social issues and it permeates through everything he does. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Universidad del Valle in Colombia and a Masters of Communication and Education from 
the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona in Spain. He has taught Hispanic culture at the High School and University level and gives lectures to Universities and organizations on the topic as well.
