Originally from Southern California, I moved to NYC to immerse myself in the industry. While I've produced many commercials for brands, I have a passion for working in the field. Some of my favorite projects have been producing docu-series for MTV, Conde Nast Entertainment, & Viceland. Independent feature documentaries are my passion, and I've been lucky to work as a field producer on many social issue documentaries. I’ve been a journalist for over 10 years. I began my career on Wall Street, writing for Investment Dealers’ Digest, reporting on mergers and acquisitions. I have also written for national publications, including The New York Times. In addition to writing about the financial and consumer markets, I’ve worked on a documentary and completed and distributed an independent film. I have also done some video and editing work for non-profits. Prior to becoming a journalist I was a business analyst for Dun & Bradstreet.

I have more than a decade's experience in documentary, news, and commercial video production and editing. My video work has been published with the New York Times, Vanity Fair, HBO, Amazon Prime, The Atlantic, viewed tens of millions of times online with the news website Mic, and screened at DOC NYC, America's largest documentary film festival. On many occasions I've been solely responsible for taking video projects from pitch to publication, but the aspect of the work I love the most is the collaborative side. I'm an Emmy-nominated producer and I've been making documentary films for television and theatrical distribution worldwide for over 10 years. They have aired on PBS, HBO, Discovery and TLC. I recently produced and wrote a series of short historical documentaries for inclusion in the largest Jewish Museum in the world in Moscow. Over the years, I made films driven by current affairs, historical and science content.
