My name is Hedayatullah Noori, a reporter, cameraman, video editor, and technician. I was forced to leave Afghanistan with my wife and four teenager children because I had worked as a technician, cameraman and reporter for 13 years for Voice of America in Kabul. I have resettled in Silver Spring, Maryland. I am authorized to work in the United States. I am very interested in finding a job that will allow me to use my skills here in the U.S. and to support my family. As you can see from my resume, I studied electrical engineering and computer science in Afghanistan, but due to my interest in the press, I started working in the media in 2003 for an Afghan newspaper, Hewad, and then for Afghan National Radio and Television as a reporter and cameraman. In 2008, I began working for Voice of America and did so in several capacities. In addition to working as a reporter and camera operator, I also have experience in video editing. Following the cataclysmic explosion at the Port of Beirut on August 4th, I've meticulously chronicled its reverberations, capturing the resilience and strength of the Lebanese people. My commitment to frontline reporting during the Arab Spring in Egypt was recognized with a prestigious nomination for the Rory Peck awards. In 2019, I was bestowed the honor of the Bronze Telly Award for my unwavering documentation of immigration issues in the United States and Mexico, a testament to my dedication to storytelling. In my role, I directly collaborate with clients, ushering their video projects from conception to fruition. My responsibilities encompass the entire spectrum of production, from envisioning and strategizing to scripting, storyboarding, crew coordination, and shooting. I orchestrate aerial visuals through my role as a documentary-style drone operator, a realm where I'm licensed and insured by the FAA. My nimble flight craft of choice includes the DJI Mavic 2 Pro and DJI Mini Pro 3. I craft cinematic narratives through aerial and gimbal-based videography for diverse commercial clients. Hello there! My name is Spencer Bruttig and I am a Washington, D.C. based film producer, DP and editor. I came out to DC from San Francisco to help start a new documentary and podcast production company (Tegna and Vault Studios) but most recently joined Google as an in-house creative producer working on their marketing team. I am also the Cinematographer on the D.C. based narrative series "Anacostia," as well as the Baltimore Comedy series "Thespian." I am also the DP on the new reality television show "City Boyz DC." I have worked on sets big and small, and I have used a number of different camera packages from Arri Alexa Mini, Sony FX and A series, to Red Weapons and Komodos, Canon C series and Black Magic URSAs. Ray Whitehouse (he/him) works at the intersection of documentary film and journalism. After growing up in Chicago, he lived in San Antonio, Texas, before moving to Washington, D.C. He works primarily as a director of photography. His feature-length directorial debut, A RUN FOR MORE, had its world premiere at Frameline in June 2022 and screened more than 30 festivals across the U.S. He served as the Second Unit DP on TO THE END, directed by Rachel Lears, which premiered at Sundance in 2022. BRING THEM HOME, a documentary short he co-directed and DP’d, premiered at the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival in 2022. He was part of the Washington Post team that was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for reporting about the Capitol insurrection and its aftermath. He’s worked as a cinematographer on more than 20 documentary features and filmed, produced and edited projects for The New York Times, The Washington Post, TIME, and Univision, among others. He is community coordinator for the D.C. chapter of Video Consortium and a regional co-chair of the Documentary Producers Alliance. He holds an M.A. in documentary journalism from UNC Chapel Hill and a B.S. in journalism from Northwestern University. The core tenets of his practice are transparency, collaboration and critical reflexivity.

CUTTER HODIERNE is a documentary cinematographer. He has also worked as an award-winning feature film director. His debut feature film FISHING WITHOUT NETS, a story of pirates in Somalia told from the perspective of the pirates, won 'Best Director' at the Sundance Film Festival and was called "Sundance's most beautiful film" by The Wrap. His short film of the same title garnered international acclaim, including the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance. The short was expanded into the first scripted feature film financed by VICE Studios and distributed by FOX. Enrique Huaiquil is a Chilean-American award-winning cinematographer, photojournalist, documentary photographer, video editor, and graphic artist based in Northern Virginia. He has covered a wide variety of issues, including the Central American caravans trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border, the aftermath of the earthquake in Puerto Rico, white supremacy in America, COVID-19 intensive care units, and immigration detention centers.
