Born on October 5, 1986 in Macon, France, Burak Akyol spent his childhood in the area of Lyon. In his secondary education period, he moved to Turkiye along with his family and completed his high school education in Ankara. In 2008, he graduated from the Department of Cinema Television, European University of Lefke. After his university education, he studied cinema at La Fémis in France for 1 year. I worked for TRT (Turkish Radio Television Channel) Turk as the Middle East editor for one year between 2010 and 2011.
